Mark Hull is the President of Mission Hills Financial and brings over three decades of experience in the wealth management industry. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, is a Certified Estate Planner, and is a Registered Investment Advisor. Mark combines deep industry knowledge with a strong commitment to helping clients make informed decisions about their financial futures.

Born and raised in Moline, Illinois, Mark brings the values of honesty and integrity to every client relationship. Known for his approachable style and thoughtful guidance, Mark takes time to understand each client’s unique concerns and objectives, working with them to build personalized strategies.

Outside the office, Mark enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Minka, and his family.

Minka F. Hull CFP®, EA

Associate, Partner

Minka Hull is an Associate at Mission Hills Financial and supports clients through tax planning, financial guidance, and real estate services. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is an Enrolled Agent, authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. Minka prepares tax returns for clients and plays a key role in helping them understand how taxes fit into their overall financial picture.

Minka originally joined Mission Hills Financial in 2008 to assist with bookkeeping and quickly transitioned to a full-time role. With a strong background in helping small businesses improve profitability, she brings precision and a detail-oriented mindset to her work.

In addition to her tax and planning responsibilities, Minka is a licensed Realtor and assists clients with residential and commercial transactions during the non-tax season.

Jason J. Shaya

Partner / Investment Advisor Representative

Jason Shaya is a Partner and Investment Advisor Representative at Mission Hills Financial, where he supports the firm’s wealth management services and works closely with clients across various aspects of their financial lives. He brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and has served in a variety of operational and advisory roles.

Jason began his work at Mission Hills Financial in 2005 as Director of Operations and has since become a vital part of the leadership team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from San Diego State University and has completed coursework at the College of Financial Planning.

Known for his collaborative approach and deep knowledge of the industry, Jason helps ensure that clients receive reliable, well-coordinated service. Outside the office, Jason enjoys time with his wife, Venus, and their two daughters, Ayva and Anya.

Nathan Hull

Senior Relationship Manager

Nathan Hull serves as a Senior Relationship Manager at Mission Hills Financial, where he contributes across a wide range of key areas including client account servicing, onboarding and transitions, equity research, portfolio management, operations, compliance, and marketing initiatives. He also assists with estate settlements and supports the firm's ongoing efforts to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Nathan joined Mission Hills Financial in 2020 while pursuing his degree in Business Administration with a minor in Finance at Oregon State University. His early exposure to the firm during his studies allowed him to explore various aspects of wealth management firsthand. After graduating and exploring career options, Nathan chose to return to Mission Hills full-time in 2022, drawn by the firm's comprehensive approach and strong client-centric culture.

Since then, Nathan has played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, enhancing service delivery, and contributing to the firm’s continued growth. He is passionate about his work and values the opportunity to support individuals and families in their financial journeys.

Outside of the office, Nathan enjoys an active lifestyle that includes golfing, camping, fishing, exercising, and exploring the outdoors.

Patricia Graham

Client Service Associate

Patricia Graham is a Client Service Associate at Mission Hills Financial, where she is responsible for preparing client paperwork and assisting with ongoing account maintenance. Her attention to detail and client-focused approach help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both new and existing clients.

Patricia brings over nine years of experience in the financial services industry, including her time at PIMCO from 2020 to 2023. Her background has provided her with a strong understanding of operational processes and client service in a fast-paced, professional environment.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Connecticut College.

Outside of work, Patricia enjoys Halloween and has a particular love for seeing animals dressed in costumes.

Niklas Torres Cooper

Client Service Associate

Niklas Torres Cooper is a Wealth Management Client Associate at Mission Hills Financial, where he supports advisors through portfolio research, account management, and client service. Before joining the firm, he worked at Axos Bank, where he gained experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, and credit evaluation for commercial real estate lending. He is passionate about helping clients build strategies that align with their long-term goals.

Niklas earned his Bachelor of Science in Financial Services from San Diego State University. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, cheering on his favorite Bay Area sports teams, and attending concerts and music festivals of all genres.
